Submitting the booking form is a service request, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm a service window before any visit. You may reschedule or cancel by contacting us before your confirmed window.
Pricing
Pricing is confirmed with you before any work begins. The final scope may depend on on-site conditions such as vent run length, termination point, and accessibility — any change is discussed and agreed with you first.
Service Scope
Services are performed with reasonable professional care. Exterior and roof-terminating vents are serviced when safely accessible. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects in dryers, ducting, or vent terminations.
